Duckvpn troubleshooting - solution 1
Sometimes, our great nation decides to block VPNs which breaks duckVPN or slows it down dramatically. An automated script detects this, and deploys a fix. Although, there are a few steps you need to follow to resume usage.
Step 1: Delete Old VPN Profile
Open the DuckVPN/OpenVPN Connect app. Then, click the edit sign next to the on off switch. You should see a delete profile button in the bottom left corner, click it.
Step 2: Install New VPN Profile
Now, install the new VPN profile. After deleting the old profile, you should see an import profile page which is asking for a URL. Enter vpn.duck.enterprises as the url, and press next. If anything pops up press accept. You should now see a sign in page, enter your username and password.
IMPORTANT: Make sure to check "Import Autologin Profile" for nit to work. Press import profile after this is done.
